Shredded Buffalo Chicken

As always, spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Buffalo Ranch Sauce covering chicken thighs. On low 5-6 hours.

Thighs pulled out of sauce and shredded (Really it falls apart at this point.

Shredded chicken back in crock pot and Buffalo Ranch Sauce with ½ stick unsalted butter. Once butter is melted and stirred in chicken is ready for tacos, burritos, nachos, dips, pizza, salads, wonton wrappers or whatever else you can think of.
